Pastor Daniel Robinson — Community · Environment · Hope

Spreading faith, planting hope — Building a greener, kinder community.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Hallandale, FL. Our work focuses on environmental stewardship and providing direct support to people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Our Vision

We envision a community where every person lives with dignity in a healthy environment — where green streets and supportive neighborhoods go hand in hand.

Mission & Goals

  • Provide regular meals, clothing, and shelter referrals for people experiencing homelessness.
  • Lead urban greening: tree planting, clean-ups, and education for sustainable living.
  • Create long-term projects that reduce urban poverty and strengthen community resilience.

Social Impact

Each project gives both immediate relief and lasting change. From donated meals that fill a stomach today to trees that cool our neighborhoods for years to come, we measure success by lives improved.

Programs

  • Meals of Mercy — weekly food distribution to those in need.
  • One Tree, One Hope — community tree-planting and green education.
  • Hand in Hand — clothing drives, basic supplies and counseling support.

Inspiring Story

One summer morning in 2023, Pastor Daniel Robinson met a man sleeping beside the road in Hallandale. The man said, "I don't need money — I just want to feel seen." That simple sentence sparked a movement.

What began as a handful of shared meals grew into weekly distributions feeding hundreds, tree plantings that brought shade and pride to public spaces, and long-term connections helping families regain stability. This is why we exist — to transform compassion into action and give people reasons to hope again.

Recent Event — City Green Day 2025

Held in October 2025 in Hallandale, City Green Day brought together 120 volunteers who planted 300 trees and distributed 200 care packages to families in need. The day celebrated community, environmental action, and shared responsibility.

How to Get Involved

We welcome volunteers, partners, and donors. You can:

  • Sign up for a volunteer shift at our weekly meal distributions or tree plantings.
  • Donate goods like non-perishable food, clothing, or gardening supplies.
  • Support project funding to help us scale long-term solutions.
